For your reassurance, every piece of Triflow Concepts Ltd brassware is engineered from approved materials to exacting standards and hand-assembled within an ISO 9001:2000 accredited, quality assured environment. Recognised all over the world for its stringent, detailed standards and attention to processes, ISO9001:2000 approval is a true mark of international quality.
Triflow Concepts believes in upholding the international standards required wherever its products are sold. Our international approvals include WRAS, UPC, the Water Quality Association Gold Seal and the SAI – Global Ausralian Watermark Standard.
Triflow Concepts' Quality Management System is certified by URS in the UK to ISO9001:2008.
In the UK our products are tested and listed by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS). They ensure that tested products meet current UK legislation. The principle guidelines can be found in the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 in England and Wales. The Water Bylaws 2000 in Scotland and the Water Regulations in Northern Ireland. These approved products are listed in the scheme's Water Fittings and Materials On line Directory.
In the USA we have a large range of products listed with IAPMO. Based in Los Angeles, they are North America's premier plumbing & mechanical product certification agency. We have three files listed:-
Plumbing Fixture Fittings file #4844 opened with IAPMO in 2005. This includes 252 Kitchen and bathroom products tested and listed to the relevant sections of the combined USA/Canadian Plumbing Fixture fittings standard ASME A112.18.1-2005/CSA B125.1-05, The Performance requirements for automotive compensating valves for individual showers and tub/shower combinations ASSE 1016-2005 and ANSI/NSF 61 - 2007 Drinking water system components - Health effects.
California Lead Plumbing Law - Devices and Components file opened in October 2009. 136 products are listed which comply with Section 116875 of the California Health & Safety Code.
Vitreous China file #5609 opened April 2008. Products tested to and manufactured in compliance with ASME A112.19.2-2003 Vitreous China Plumbing Fixtures and Hydraulic Requirements for Water Closets and Urinals plus CSA B45-02 (Supplement No.1) Plumbing fixtures. This includes all our Chinaware, Basins, Pedestals and Water Closets in Victorian, Edwardian and Deco ranges, plus Contemporary, Oriental and Petite Basins.
In the USA our Filtration products listed with the Water Quality Association (WQA) under their prestigious Gold Seal program. These 11 models (including our inline filtration system) have been tested and certified for claims under the following standards:- ANSI/NSF 42 - 2001 Drinking water treatment units - Aesthetic effects and ANSI/NSF 53 0 2001 Drinking water treatment units - Health effects.
In the state of Massachusetts many of our kitchen and bathroom products are listed with the Office of Consumer Affairs & Business Regulation (OCABR) Division of Professional Licensure approved plumbing products.
In the state of California many of our Filtration models are listed under the California Department of Public Health Drinking Water Program Certified Water Treatment Device Directory.
In Australia over 130 of our products are listed with SAI-Global since the file was opened in 2005. Triflow Concepts were one of the first Uk manufacturers to obtain this certification. These products display the Australian plumbing industries WaterMark having been tested to the Australian standard AS/NZS 3718:2005 Water supply tap ware.
We have also had products certified In the Czech Republic, Singapore and Thailand.
Our products have been tested and approved by the regulatory bodies in China.
